When I sat down to write, the answer was as much a surprise to me as it was to everyone else. It is not something I had considered consciously before. I hadn’t been aware of this inner tug-of-war I went on to label and describe in the piece I read, that had been responsible for my nightly inner-tension. But as soon as I completed writing, everything began to make sense again, and the fog that often clouds my nighttime mind began to clear. This is what I came up with:
