This essay will be about how to face your blocks, blind spots and fears that are keeping you stuck, uninspired or undisciplined, and how to break through to the next level of what you desire
I’ve been posting so much content this month. My goal is three essays a week and three YouTube videos a week. I have known for a really long time that I had all of this inside of me, that it would be easy to generate in high volume as long as I made the space and time for it, and gave myself permission to turn inwards enough to mine these ideas out of myself.
But for the longest time, I really struggled to do exactly that. Now that I am in this hyper-generative flow state though, I am learning so much about what it takes to produce at this level and frequency. And my findings are surprising me, because I did not know these were the blocks in the way of my ability to create as much as I wanted…
What follows from here will apply to you whether you are generating zero content and want to make your first piece, or if you feel stuck at a plateau of output and want to crank it up way more. Let’s dive in:
How to get out of your own way, become way more generative & set boundaries that will make you feel safe and cozy enough to produce outrageously good content at an unreasonably high volume
This essay will be especially useful to you if you’re ready to commit to your number one goal right now: the most important thing you want to be doing, but find yourself not doing (even if that isn’t posting content.)
